You only pay when we save you money. 25% of your actual tax savings — nothing more, nothing less. If we don't reduce your property taxes, you owe us nothing.
We want to be extremely transparent about how we charge. Here's the whole picture.

We measure savings as the difference between what the county originally assessed your property at and the reduced value we negotiate, multiplied by your local tax rate.
The appraisal district sets your property’s assessed value. For example: $500,000.
Through informal and formal hearings, we push for a lower assessed value. Result: $450,000.
$500,000 − $450,000 = $50,000 reduction in assessed value.
$50,000 × 2.00% combined tax rate = $1,000 in annual tax savings.
25% × $1,000 = $250. That’s what you pay. You keep $750.
All three examples use the same $500,000 home in Houston so you can compare scenarios side by side.

Either way, the exemption saves you money every year going forward.
Your 25% fee covers the entire protest process from start to finish.
We prepare and submit all protest paperwork before the county deadline.
Comparable sales analysis, market data, and a customized evidence packet.
We attend informal and formal ARB hearings on your behalf.
We push for the maximum reduction at every stage of the process.
If we don’t reduce your taxes, you pay absolutely nothing.
We can re-file your protest every year as values change.
If we don't reduce your property's assessed value, you owe us nothing. Zero. We take on all the risk because we're confident in our ability to find savings for Texas homeowners. This isn't a trial or a teaser — it's how our business works.
No credit card required. No commitment until we save you money.
Only after your tax savings are confirmed and reflected in your tax bill. We never charge upfront.
Savings is the difference between your original assessed value and the post-protest assessed value, multiplied by your local tax rate. We only count real, confirmed reductions.
You still only pay 25% of whatever we save you. Even small reductions mean real dollars — and if the reduction isn’t worth our fee, you can always decline.
No separate filing fee. The only fee is 25% of the homestead tax savings (including any retroactive refund years). If the exemption doesn’t result in savings, you pay nothing.
No. Texas law prohibits the appraisal district from raising your value as a result of a protest. The worst outcome is your value stays the same.
